“He has offered to house in his jails dangerous American criminals in custody in our country, including those with US citizenship and legal residency,” Rubio informed reporters after their assembly.
Rubio left for a Central American tour on Monday after overseeing a deportation flight with 43 migrants touring from Panama to Colombia.
The flight took off a day after Rubio threatened U.S. motion in opposition to Panama if it didn’t cut down China’s presence within the Panama Canal.
