Jenna Ortega says Marvel cut her lines from Iron…

Jenna Ortega spoke to Entertainment Tonight in a latest interview about her tiny position in “Iron Man 3,” and how she has no curiosity in showing in one other Marvel project.

“I’m hoping that we can create this world where we can get Jenna Ortega into the Marvel universe,” the interviewer mentioned to Ortega, 22, and Paul Rudd because the pair promoted their comedy horror movie “Death of a Unicorn.”

“I did it once,” Ortega responded. “It was one of the first jobs I ever did.”

She continued, “They took all my lines out. I’m in ‘Iron Man 3’ for a quick second. I take up the frame, I have one leg and I’m the vice president’s daughter.”

Ortega certainly makes a seconds-long look within the 2013 superhero movie. She has no talking lines because the daughter of Vice President Rodriguez (Miguel Ferrer).

Rudd, who has performed Ant-Man in 5 Marvel motion pictures, interjected to share his optimism that Ortega may return to the MCU.

“Marvel is very good at like, kind of laying those bread crumbs,” the 55-year-old actor mentioned. “And so it might very well be that you come back. That they are going to create something for you, cause they should be so lucky to have Jenna Ortega in their franchise.”

But Ortega responded, “They even took my name away.”

“I count that, then I move on,” the “Wednesday” star added.

“Iron Man 3” was directed by Shane Black and starred Robert Downey Jr., Gwyneth Paltrow, Don Cheadle, Guy Pearce, Rebecca Hall, Stéphanie Szostak, James Badge Dale, William Sadler, Jon Favreau, and Ben Kingsley. The movie grossed almost $1.3 billion on the worldwide box workplace.

The superhero flick was Ortega’s first credited appearing position in movie. She’s since achieved main success and fame due to her roles in “You,” “The Fallout,” “Scream” and “Scream VI” and “Beetlejuice Beetlejuice.”

Her most recognizable position at this level in her profession is as Wednesday Addams within the hit Netflix collection that returns for Season 2 later this yr.

“Some of the footage that we shot in ‘Wednesday’ season 2, especially in the last episode, is some of my favorite footage from the show,” the actress shared to ET. “Which is very exciting for me.”

Ortega added of government producer Tim Burton, “Tim really had a ball. Everything is very graphic and it’s very exciting and inspiring to work with someone like that who gets you excited about the shots that you’re doing every day.”
