Outlander star Sam Heughan has shared his ideas on filming the eighth and closing season of the Starz collection. Attending a screening for his Starz thriller The Couple Next Door, Heughan, 44, was questioned by host Josh Horowitz about his expertise on Outlander.

Heughan highlighted the poignant moments that made the expertise bittersweet, stating: “And then other days you’re like, ‘This is the last time I will ever put on this garter or boot, or whatever it was.’ So it was like, ‘This is the last time I’ll be with this person.'” He concluded by sharing the emotional influence of the ultimate day on set, saying, “And there were a lot of goodbyes and the last day was very emotional.”
