Kathy Griffin has revealed some startling information.
The comic, 64, introduced on Instagram on Monday that she just lately underwent a hysterectomy after docs found a precancerous situation.
“Happy Monday!” she wrote. “I had a hysterectomy on Friday, that’s right they took out the uterus, the fallopian tubes & the ovaries. Pre-cancerous, blah blah blah.”

Although Griffin didn’t present more particulars about her situation, she did announce that she can be sharing more particulars on her Patreon account at a later date.
“Not to be an asshole, but how do I NOT have a reality show to capture all of this?” she added within the caption of her post. “I mean, you can’t write it. It’s too real.”
This isn’t the previous “Kathy” host’s first health scare.

I should be up and running around as usual in a month or less. It’s been a helluva 4 years, trying to get back to work, making you guys laugh and entertaining you, but I’m gonna be just fine.”

Griffin introduced that she was cancer-free during an look on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” that November.
“I had surgery, you’re not going to believe this — so, I’ve never smoked but I got lung cancer,” she instructed Kimmel. “In August, I had half of my left lung removed. I’m not even kidding.”
“So now I’m like Minnie Mouse meets Marilyn Monroe,” the comedian joked. “It will heal, but I’m sort of enjoying it. I’m a good two octaves higher, I think. It’s higher than Mariah Carey, I know that.”
