British mother Kim Antrobus says her ladies’ journey to Portugal was “ruined” after paying further for a view of the majestic Atlantic Ocean — solely to search out herself staring immediately at a pair of drab residence buildings.

“To me that wasn’t a sea view room,” she stated. “It just didn’t look like we were on holiday by the sea. It wasn’t the view I was expecting.”
“It was a beautiful hotel, just a shocking side sea view,” she added. “We changed rooms straight away, I wasn’t staying in that room.”
Loveholidays supplied a partial refund — but in addition handed the buck to the resort.
