Dem Strategist James Carville Goes Nuclear on | Political News
Democratic strategist James Carville lived up to every half of his “Ragin’ Cajun” nickname, taking a number of swipes at Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) after an previous video resurfaced of her disparaging white males as the main trigger of deaths in America.
The video of Omar reveals her interviewing as a congressional candidate with Al Jazeera in 2018, in which she describes white males as a larger terror menace than radical Islamists.
It also marks a cautionary story for those who comply with so-called influencers on social media. There is an ongoing pattern in which they post previous videos with little context, making them appear as if they’re new when, in actuality, the clips are usually not latest. This was one such case.
Having had a few days for this newly posted clip to flow into online, it is unclear if Carville was conscious of its origin, or if he merely did not care because Omar’s message is deplorable regardless of when she made the feedback.
Carville, who once served as President Bill Clinton’s closest advisor, attacked the Minnesota congresswoman at the Truth Tellers Summit on Wednesday.
His ‘reality’ was reasonably brutal.
🚨NEW: James Carville CALLS OUT Ilhan Omar for attacking white males🚨
“Ilhan Omar says that white men are responsible for most of the deaths in the United States. So let me get this straight — 69% of the people going to vote are white. Of that, 48.5% are males. So I don’t know,… pic.twitter.com/tf3R5xO2L9

Carville Goes Ballistic on Kamala’s Progressive Staffers – ‘I’d Fire Them, Then Fire Who Hired Them’
Carville references Omar’s previous feedback, processes the mathematics, and declares that portray a huge voting bloc as racist killers will not be a good strategy. To say the least.
“And there are people that agree with her! There are people that actually agree with her,” he rages. “And I think it’s — honestly, I think these people are more trouble than they’re worth.”
Good Lord, could you imagine if President Trump referred to a member of the Squad as “these people?” Cue the outrage.
Carville wasn’t even vaguely finished yet. He came loaded for bear in a Politicon podcast that very same day (note the same USMC cap and LSU fleece).
The enraged strategist, remarking on the same video and using the same math to point out how detrimental this language is in securing votes from a demographic the Democrats struggle mightily with, demands Omar start her own political party.
“Ilhan Omar. Lady, why do not you just get out the Democratic get together,” he seethes. “Honestly, begin your own motion.”
Tell us how you actually really feel, James. The mild criticism of the Squad darling continued.
“Why don’t you, lady, start your own party, and then when it’s over (if) you want to caucus with the Democrats, fine. We agree with a lot of things that you do, but we don’t believe we ought to be running against white men,” Carville stated.
“In fact, we don’t think we ought to be running against any gender, any ethnic group, any race, any religion, or anything else. God damn, these people are just helpless. They cannot be helped. There’s nothing you can do to help them. They don’t want to be helped, and if they had any guts they’d start their own God damn political party and get out of ours.”
Omar’s feedback stirred debate when they first surfaced a number of years in the past. Rightly so. Omar, despite a historical past of making racist and anti-Semitic feedback, was suggesting as a candidate for Congress that white males had been a larger menace than precise terrorists.

“A lot of conservatives, in particular, would say the rise in Islamaphobia is a result not of hate but of fear,” anchor Mehdi Hasan, who would go on to a profession at MSNBC, prompts her.
“A legitimate fear they say of ‘jihadist terrorism,’ whether it’s Fort Hood or San Bernardino, or the recent truck attack in New York. What do you say to them?” he requested.
Omar responds, “I would say that our country should be more fearful of white men across our country because they are actually causing most of the deaths within this country.”
In one other portion of the interview, Omar backs up that rivalry, saying that she would even assist racial profiling of white males.
“We should be profiling, monitoring, and creating policies to fight the radicalization of white men,” she opined.
Omar stated these issues and then coasted to election victory in 2018 in Minnesota’s fifth congressional district.
Vice President JD Vance described the Democrat lawmaker’s resurfaced feedback as “genocidal language.”
