Charge and Expel Deranged, Violent Democrat Rep. | Political News

One of the craziest tales of the yr broke on Friday after a contingent of Democrat politicians stormed an ICE facility in New Jersey, supposedly in protest of President Donald Trump’s immigration insurance policies. But while they claimed to have executed nothing incorrect, the more evidence emerged, the more apparent it grew to become that they had been mendacity through their tooth. 

As RedState reported, Newark Mayor Ras Baraka, who was arrested on web site, tried to play the sufferer on CNN. Video then emerged displaying that he breached a checkpoint and refused to go away after a number of requests.

The conduct of three Democrat congressional members was arguably even worse. Representatives Bonnie Watson Coleman, LaMonica McIver, and Rob Menendez Jr. may very well be seen on digicam shoving ICE brokers as they fought through the first checkpoint, with McIver showing to even throw punches.

Naturally, she too performed the sufferer, claiming that ICE brokers “shoved her.” She went on to paint herself as a fighter, just attempting to conduct “oversight.”

The Trump administration sawed off the limb McIver went out on, though, with the release of body-cam footage immediately contradicting her description of the occasions. Not only was she extremely vulgar and belligerent, but she also seems to have dedicated assault.

So not only did McIvers, a House member, allegedly commit assault against federal law enforcement officers just attempting to do their job, but she then blatantly lied about it in an attempt to stir up hate and division. To say her conduct is unbecoming of a congressional member could be the understatement of the century. 

There’s only one answer right here: Charge her criminally and expel her from Congress.

Either the law applies to everybody or it would not. Democrats have made the phrase “no one is above the law” a central half of their political messaging. They tried to throw the then-Republican candidate for president in jail for the remaining of his life. They set a normal, and now it is time they be made to reside by it. 

If a regular American did what McIvers did, they’d have been slammed to the ground and handcuffed. It would not even be a query that they’d be charged with a crime, and they’d nearly actually lose their employment as effectively. Congressional members are supposed to have some sense of decorum and respect. Cussing out rank-and-file ICE brokers and throwing punches at them just isn’t those issues, to say the least. 

House Majority Leader Mike Johnson ought to rapidly carry a decision to expel McIvers from Congress to the ground. Even if it would not move, and it just may, it would at least make your complete Democrat caucus own her ridiculous conduct. Further, the DOJ ought to file costs. McIvers cannot be allowed to get away with what she did merely because of her standing. If that occurs, it will be open sense for this type of harmful, grandstanding rubbish. The time to nip this in the bud is now. Make an instance of her, and do it harshly.
