Moments in the past, President Donald Trump announced that Sarah Beckstrom, one of two members of the National Guard who have been shot in a terrorist assault on Wednesday in Washington, D.C., has tragically handed away from her accidents.

U.S. Attorney for D.C. Jeanine Pirro shared a little bit of background on Beckstrom on X:
Our hearts and prayers exit to the household of 20-year-old Sarah Beckstrom of the National Guard — a hero who volunteered to serve DC on Thanksgiving for people she never met and gave the final word sacrifice. May she relaxation in peace. It is now time to avenge her death and secure justice.

Beckstrom was just 20 years previous.
Earlier, we reported on how Ms. Beckstrom’s father, Gary, had shared with the New York Times that his daughter had suffered a mortal wound and was not anticipated to survive:
The father of Sarah Beckstrom, one of the wounded National Guard members, said his daughter was unlikely to recuperate. “I’m holding her hand right now,” Gary Beckstrom said when reached by telephone. “She has a mortal wound. It’s not going to be a recovery.” He declined to speak additional. Beckstrom and the other wounded Guard soldier, Andrew Wolfe, are in essential condition, officers have said.
The newspaper also famous that though Wolfe’s household has not given any interviews, somebody who was at the home told reporters that they have been asking for prayers.
Please keep in mind to keep the victims and their households in your ideas and prayers. Just an extremely tough time for them, and to have it occur during the vacations just makes it all the more painful and mindless.
