Netflix has finally dropped the much-anticipated second season of a well-liked supernatural drama, based on a collection of hit novels.

The acclaimed fantasy show options a beloved Hollywood actor, recognized for her roles in major dramas like HBO’s The White Lotus, in a fascinating lead function.

“I was hooked as soon as I started watching and couldn’t believe I watched them all so quickly. All the characters were as I imagined and even though I read these books nearly 30 years ago it all came flying back.

“I also loved the scenes where a character gets lost and a helper guides him back (I’m trying not to give too much away). Absolutely brilliant. I really hope the low rating doesn’t put people off. If you haven’t read the books you are in for a big surprise.”
