Towns sky mysteriously turns pink, turns out this…
They painted the city pink.
The sky in an English city mysteriously turned a vibrant shade of pink this week, and the dazzling sight precipitated fairly a stir.
During a snowfall on Thursday, residents in the county of West Midlands in central England witnessed the sky out of the blue glowing in the pinkish hue.

The sudden swirl of shade turned out to be LED lights set up by local soccer membership Hednesford Town FC to help with the growth of grass at their stadiums.
“Seems the ‘northern lights’ over Hednesford were a bit closer to home than we all thought,” Hednesford Town FC explained in an Instagram post.
“That pink glow in the sky was in fact our LED pitch lights helping the grass grow and recover, keeping us ready to chase three points, not the aurora … Who knew a bit of pitch care could create so much interest!”
“I didn’t even know we had this equipment, proper premier league,” one impressed resident commented.
“You had the whole of the town fooled … So funny,” another added.
One troll wasn’t impressed by the sunshine show.
“I wonder what the local residents around the stadium think about this light pollution,” they contemplated.
