Secret Alchemist, India’s first clean fragrance model, has raised $3 million in a seed funding spherical led by Unilever Ventures with participation from DSG Consumer Partners. Founded by Ankita Thadani, Akash Valia, and Samantha Ruth Prabhu, the model is redefining Indian perfumery by creating clean, ingredient-led fragrances designed for trendy customers.
Secret Alchemist has raised $3 million in a seed spherical comprising both major and secondary capital. With prior backing from IPV, the latest investment displays sustained institutional confidence in the model’s long-term imaginative and prescient and capability to construct a class.
Rooted in aromatherapy and important oils, Secret Alchemist started its journey with ailment-led wellness options and has since developed into a fragrance-first model. Today, it blends the science of aromatherapy with up to date perfumery to create lifestyle-led, emotion-driven clean fragrances bridging wellness, scent, and self-expression.
The capital raised shall be utilized to broaden the model’s clean perfume portfolio, strengthen formulation depth and R&D capabilities, and construct management and core groups.
