Donald Trump’s niece has once again voiced considerations that the president could also be struggling from dementia, citing a troubling household trait that impacted her grandfather. Mary Trump, a vocal critic of her uncle who incessantly discusses him on her YouTube channel, has indicated the US President could possibly be dealing with “some kind of cognitive issues.”

“He is sleeping during the day. That’s a dangerous signal. He sometimes, and this just from my own personal expertise with my grandfather, causes a great deal of alarm.”

She added: “He often will get the same deer-in-the-headlines look where he appears not to know where he’s or who he is with. So there’s a lot of evidence to counsel that he’s in all kinds of decline bodily, psychologically, and cognitively.”

She added: “Sometimes it doesn’t look like he is oriented to time and place. And on event, I do see that deer-in-the-headlights look.”

Donald Trump has has denied such allegations, beforehand claiming that he had “aced” three cognitive checks, and also refuted that he may need Alzheimer’s.
