GWN’s Saturday night broadcast was interrupted for breaking news as Vice President JD Vance delivered a live tackle from Islamabad.

Vance, 41, had arrived in Pakistan earlier that day for essential peace negotiations with Iran, as the global repercussions of the US-Iran battle continue to mount.

Just a day prior, on Friday, Vance had cautioned Iran against making an attempt to “play” the US, before departing for the high-stakes talks. The news follows social media hypothesis over President Trump’s health.

On April 11, Vance offered an update on the negotiations, confirming that they “had not reached an agreement.” This follows Vance’s earlier declare of a ‘misunderstanding’ over whether or not the Iran warfare ceasefire prolonged to Lebanon.

Delivering a key update on Sunday morning, Pakistani time, Vance acknowledged, “We have been at it now for 21 hours and we’ve had a number of discussions with Iranians, that’s the good news. The bad news is that we have not reached an agreement.”

He swiftly adopted up by saying, “And I think that’s bad news for Iran much more than it’s bad news for the United States of America,” studies Irish Star.

Vance went on to add, “So, we go back to the United States having not come to an agreement. We’ve made very clear what our red lines are, what things we’re willing to accommodate them on, and what things we’re not willing to accommodate them on and we’ve made that as clear as we possibly could, and they have chosen not to accept our terms.”

Vance also expressed gratitude to Pakistan’s Prime Minister, Shehbaz Sharif, calling him “an incredible host” and commending the Pakistanis for doing “an amazing job” in making an attempt to help the US and Iran “bridge the gap.”

When footage of his remarks was shared on X, customers rapidly weighed in with their reactions.

One individual wrote, “Knew this s–t would happen now it’s gonna be boots on the ground. That’s why we’ve already been moving people over there still. This will be a forever war once again.”

Another person questioned, “How do you give up after 21 hours? You need to be there at least for 48 hours,” while a third individual asserted, “The US had no intention of negotiating in good faith.”

Vance’s feedback got here after President Trump appeared to distance himself from the Vice President during remarks to reporters at the White House before departing for Miami.

“Whether we make a deal or not makes no difference to me,” Trump told reporters exterior the White House before leaving for UFC 327 in Miami. “The reason is because we’ve won.”

“We’re in very deep negotiations with Iran. We win regardless. We’ve defeated them militarily,” Trump said.

“Think of it – we have defeated their navy, we have defeated their air force, we defeated their entire aircraft, we defeated their radar, we defeated their leaders, their leaders are all dead.”
