Fox News fans say Jessica Tarlov ‘won’t be there | TV Shows

Fox News viewers are turning on Greg Gutfeld following his protection of President Donald Trump’s current choices.

On Thursday’s (April 17) episode of the community’s conservative political speak show, The Five, panelists Jesse Watters, Greg Gutfeld, Jessica Tarlov, and Kellyanne Conway weighed in on current occasions, including President Donald Trump‘s divisive actions.

The exchange started during a phase about former Vice President Kamala Harris criticizing President Trump. Conway began to say, “Trump got elected on-” when she was cut off by Tarlov, a Democratic Party political strategist. This comes amid President Trump calling for Tarlov’s removing from Fox News.

Tarlov interjected, asking, “And what do people think of him now? He has a 35% approval rating in most polls,” at which level Gutfeld chimed in, stating, “He’s not a politician.”

Tarlov countered, “Yes, he is. Stop saying he’s just the host of The Apprentice who came to save us. He’s been in office twice,” referencing the 79-year-old president.

As the 2 clashed over Trump, Watters gazed blankly at the digicam while making an attempt to suppress a snicker. Gutfeld doubled down, arguing, “You can’t understand Trump because his political decisions align with his personal and patriotic ones.

“Personal? Like his own bank account?” Tarlov challenged as Gutfeld continued his tirade, declaring, “You perceive Gavin, you perceive Biden, because their political choices are divorced from the issues people need,” in reference to Gavin Newsom and former President Joe Biden.

“Why are you on the 20 of every 80 20 issue is because you divorced political needs from human wants, and then you’ve gotten to gown up your choices as compassion when they’re merely desires from an activist class.

“The thing about Trump is, I don’t care whether you like him or hate him, you’re suffering from the Trump America alignment problem, political, personal and patriotic desires all stack up, which means what he wants, the country tends to want, ” Gutfeld pressed on.

“If it’s 80 20, he’s on the 80. You’re stuck on the 20. Your defenses are getting more and more narrow because you say, we keep saying the same thing every day. It’s because we have to, because you don’t listen-“

Tarlov cut in, stating “All I hear in my head is your voice,” to which Gutfeld teased, “You’re lucky,” as she rolled her eyes. “The tariffs, they didn’t want the war in Iran. They don’t want them all.”

Gutfeld then turned to provoke his co-star, demanding, “What do you got? What do you got? What you have on your side. It is a carnival atrocity,” with Tarlov firing back, “I can’t wait for elections.” The fiery exchange rapidly circulated on X, sparking widespread commentary from viewers. One observer famous, “He said nothing at all lmao. They were just rage-baiting her.”

Another commenter countered, “Jessica really said he’s been in office twice like that’s a gotcha Gutfeld nailed it, Trump’s decisions line up with what he actually believes not just chasing approval. Low polls. Media’s been saying that for 10 years and he keeps winning.”
