GWN expert issues Democrats midterm warning just | TV Shows

Legal analyst Elie Honig has warned that Democrats may very well be at risk of forfeiting their edge in the forthcoming midterm elections.

“There’s some procedural nuance here that I think is going to be a real problem for people defending this outcome, and I think it’s going to give the Republicans a chance to actually get it knocked down on the legal challenges,” he concluded.

On April 21, Virginia voters accredited the measure. The vote targeted on a constitutional modification that would quickly circumvent Virginia’s redistricting commission to redraw electoral boundaries, stories the Mirror US.

Democrats would maintain the benefit in all but one of the state’s 11 congressional districts. The Democrats’ 6-5 majority in the House would surge to a 10–1 majority.
