Trump denies rapist claims after WHCD shooters | Political News

U.S. President Donald Trump emphatically said, “‘I’m not a rapist,” when addressing the suspected WHCD shooter’s purported manifesto during a CBS News’ 60 Minutes interview.

The president made this hanging assertion Sunday in dialog with CBS News senior correspondent Norah O’Donnell, sooner or later after gunfire erupted at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner. O’Donnell identified that the suspect’s purported manifesto, while never explicitly naming Trump, expressed strong opposition to the Trump administration and referenced accusations that have been leveled against the president.

“I’m no longer willing to permit a pedophile, rapist, and traitor to coat my hands with his crimes,” the purported manifesto reads, showing to reference latest accusations against the president that have emerged following the release of the Epstein information, along with other prior allegations and felony convictions, including legal responsibility for inappropriate abuse of author E. Jean Carroll in May 2023. He was not discovered guilty of rape allegations in the case, and he maintains his innocence against all the fees.

Trump has never been charged with any crimes related to the late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein and vehemently denies any wrongdoing.

When requested about his response to the notice, Trump told O’Donnell, “I was waiting for you to read that because I knew you would because you’re horrible people.”

He declared, “I’m not a rapist. I didn’t rape anybody. I’m not a pedophile.” O’Donnell requested if he thought that line in the manifesto was directed at him, to which Trump replied, “Excuse me. Excuse me. I’m not a pedophile.”

Trump proceeded to characterize the manifesto as “crap from some sick person,” asserting that he “got associated with all this stuff that has nothing to do with me,” including Epstein.

“I was totally exonerated,” Trump declared, showing to tackle allegations of the rape of an underage lady outlined in just lately launched U.S. Justice Department information linked to Epstein. He additional urged that only Democrats have ties to Epstein.

Trump said to O’Donnell, “You should be ashamed of yourself, reading that, because I’m not any of those things,” prompting her to interject and remind the president that she was citing the suspect’s manifesto in her capability as an neutral journalist.
