Race Across The World viewers have highlighted a vital downside during the latest episode. Fans of the BBC hit programme are adamant that the real cause Margo, 59, and brother-in-law Mark, 66, could lose the race is because Margo is treating the competitors like a “holiday”

The pair are one of a number of duos taking on the problem of competing against one another across more than 12,000km spanning Europe and Asia. They must full the intensive journey on a restricted price range in the hope of securing £20,000.

After their impromptu detour, the duo managed to board their 8.30am practice, with Margo losing no time in getting acquainted with her fellow passengers.

Despite the early hour, Margo opted to share a vodka with her newfound journey companions. Turning to Mark, she said: “Blokes over there are having a vodka with their breakfast. Do you think we should get some Vodka with our breakfast?”

Mark replied: “I am not having vodka with my breakfast…” Margo jumped in: “It must be tradition, a Kazakhstan tradition Mark. Oh let’s have vodka.” Margo promptly deserted Mark and joined the lads at their desk, knocking back a number of photographs.

Viewers at home have been fast to level out that Margo seems to be treating the race more like a leisurely vacation, while concurrently clamouring for her to entrance her own programme.
