60 Minutes Smears White Nationalist Rescue

The Democrats are actually guilty of main components of the nation down a socialist, “progressive” path that has left many of our cities in ruins. They divide the nation with their polarizing, violent rhetoric, and they recurrently spit on patriots who suppose it’s OK to rejoice our nation.

But they’ve long had a accomplice, one that has induced as a lot if not more harm than they’ve: the mainstream media, or whatever identify you need to call the gathering of leftist legacy shops that for many years dominated the news panorama. (Thanks to conservative shops like RedState, their dominance is fading, but all too many people still concentrate to the extremist drivel they package deal as unbiased news.)

In case you thought they have been altering their methods, just look at this rubbish piece thrown up by CBS News on Sunday on what was once their celebrated news magazine, 60 Minutes:

There are so many issues incorrect with this broadcast, including quite a few insinuations and unsubstantiated allegations, but let’s just start with host Lesley Stahl’s demeanor. I wrote in a story on Sunday, arguing that the Democrats have formally change into the get together of doom and gloom, of celebration of failure, of condemnation of success, and of just an general depressed worldview. Conservatives, however, offer hope, the celebration of life and America, and positivity.

If you don’t consider me, just watch Stahl. She appears to be like to be in such despair throughout the complete piece that it’s unclear how she’s in a position to pull herself out of mattress each morning.

Of course, the story itself is way worse than her demeanor. She casts aspersions on quite a few teams that have a documented document of displaying up to help those in need after a natural catastrophe hits. Could this be more obnoxious?

Our story tonight is about what occurs after these natural disasters. A sample has emerged in latest years in which militias, conspiracists, and white supremacists show up to hard-hit communities — as they did last week in Texas — offering help. But they have been called catastrophe vacationers who are out to sow doubt in authorities, soften their own image and gain followers.

Her proof? An interview with some no-name who calls himself a nationalist. He explicitly rejects the time period “White nationalist,” calling it “a slander-ish term.” Although his views might not be palatable, and he has some questionable incidents in his past, he’s accused of no wrongdoing at catastrophe websites and has shown up with his group, Active Club, to help out on a number of events. To indicate that all the conservative rescue operations are represented by teams like this is just plain yellow journalism.

Stahl may have blurbed CBS News on 60 Minutes….

Ah, yes, the infamous Southern Poverty Law Center. 60 Minutes nearly appears to be working with their playbook: smear, denigrate, and demonize organizations whose ideologies run counter to yours. Except in the case of the SPLC, they’re now accused of really propping up and funding precise violent, illiberal teams:

Stahl didn’t instantly call out the Cajun Navy, a volunteer rescue group made up principally of Louisianians that has arrived with support following Hurricane Katrina, Hurricane Harvey, and many other disasters. Considering they’re one of the more high-profile rescue groups, however, her hit piece actually implies that they’re half of this darkish community of which she speaks.

They’re not having it:

60 Minutes contributes nothing helpful to the nation with this kind of divide-and-conquer journalism. There are many rescuers who have been heroic, and to indicate that they’re all secret hate mongers just because some of the beliefs of some of the lesser-known fringe characters aren’t to your liking is just more leftist rubbish. If they got here to these catastrophe websites and spouted really hateful rhetoric and dedicated violence, that could be one factor, but I’ve read the complete transcript, and Stahl doesn’t carry the products when it comes to that.

She just desires to hit anyone who isn’t half of the Democrat machine, and it’s one in a million causes why the mainstream media has misplaced its credibility and why, as we love to say around right here, “you can’t hate the media enough.”
