A weird sequence of occasions performed out during a second division soccer match in Ecuador on Sunday when a medical cart carrying an injured player struck another player while exiting the pitch.
The incident occurred during L.D.U. Portoviejo’s 1-0 win over El Nacional in the 72nd minute of the LigaProfessional Serie B match.
As the cart was making its means back to the sideline, Portoviejo’s Edison Caicedo appeared to unintentionally flip and make contact with the medical cart and went down to the ground.

Caicedo managed to crawl a step or two before rolling back onto the ground in pain and was seemed at by members of his membership.
Members of the Portoviejo’s employees also rushed over to confront the cart’s driver, with a number of people angrily yelling at the person, including their coach Raúl Duarte.

Soccer followers online weren’t as sympathetic, as many joked that Caicedo had purposefully walked into the cart.
