Trump launches into sweary tirade against Israeli

The U.S. President and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu indulged in a heated, swear-filled exchange this week during a telephone dialog about Israel agreeing to a ceasefire with Hezbollah, say stories.

Trump is said to have given the Israeli chief some selection phrases on Monday, and even claimed he was the explanation Netanyahu wasn’t in prison. “You’re f—ing crazy. You’d be in prison if it weren’t for me. I’m saving your a–. Everybody hates you now. Everybody hates Israel because of this,” Trump is reported to have said to Netanyahu.

According to a second source, who had been briefed on the call, Trump was “p—ed,” and shouted, “What the f— are you doing?” at the Israeli chief.

Trump thought Netanyahu had escalated the assaults on Hezbollah in a approach that was “disproportionate”, the U.S. official said, and which might jeopardize America’s shaky ceasefire extension with Iran.

“I also had a conversation with Representatives of the Leaders of Hezbollah, and they agreed to stop shooting at Israel and its soldiers. Likewise, Israel agreed to stop shooting at them. Let’s see how long that lasts — Hopefully it will be for ETERNITY!” he wrote.

Later, GWN’s Chief Political Analyst David Axelrod also claimed Trump had turn into “really mad” that Netanyahu had talked him into pondering that beginning the Iran War was “a good idea.”
