Celebrity Gogglebox star Rylan Clark’s home is stuffed with character and glamour, as many would count on from the presenter. He has often shared insights into his beautiful Essex mansion, as effectively as inviting followers into his viewing room when he seems on the Channel 4 show.

The X Factor contestant-turned-presenter, 37, shared the five-bedroom home in Brentwood with his husband Dan Neal before their break up in 2021. His home is packed with personal touches, including a Big Brother Diary Room chair and swimming pool. Rylan, who appeared on Celebrity Big Brother in 2013, bought the enduring big spherical chair and LED door bell from the show.

He once said his very own Diary Room was his “favourite room in [the] house”. Rylan said: “We all know how much I’m obsessed by Big Brother and I have nothing better to do with my time so I built a diary room. It’s quite like the diary room as well – which is exciting.

“Some people promote stuff on eBay from Big Brother – truthful enough issues are being thrown away but I believe it’s naughty. They ought to put it in a museum or one thing.”

Another impressive part of Rylan’s home is his indoor swimming pool, which has been enjoyed by his showbiz pals, including Alan Carr. Rylan cheekily shared they enjoyed an evening of “skinny dipping” along with pizza, drinks and karaoke.

His pool sits in an outbuilding, while his garden features an outdoor kitchen area fitted with a sink, barbecue, fridge and pizza oven.

The presenter isn’t the only star to live in the neighbourhood as Mark Wright and Michelle Keegan have their £3.5million mansion nearby. Back in 2022, Mark joked he would need to move out after Rylan discovered a snake at his home.

Rylan revealed the reptile had slithered onto his property and said: “I can’t deal with it.” The snake even returned, which prompted Mark to say: “Jesus!! I’m shifting!! How have you ever not warned me earlier lol.”

Rylan responded: “Mate get that visitor room made up I’m on my manner,” to which Mark said: “Haha it’s there when you need it pal, just don’t deliver ya mate.”

The presenter designed his home and admitted he wanted to create his “own little Rylan-land”. While he spends loads of time with his mum Linda, they do have different tastes when it comes to interiors.

Rylan branded his mum “a real hoarder” and admitted they’ve different tastes. He told House Beautiful: “I believe I very very similar to to color match, she likes to distinction.

“Her kitchen could be very royal blue and rose gold, then she’ll buy groceries and get one thing gold, and it would not fairly go.
