Regardless of some sloppiness, the Dodgers have had a profitable season going into the break.
“Just flush it,” Roberts said. “We’re still in a really good spot. Don’t let it carry over to the second half.”
They have the best file in the majors (61-36) and an 11½-game lead in the National League West. They also had six gamers chosen as All-Stars.
