According to property registration paperwork accessed by CRE Matrix, the transaction includes 4 adjoining land parcels situated in Pimpri village. The sale settlement for the acquisition was formally registered on April 30, 2026.
The acquisition contains 4 separate parcels of land. The first parcel, measuring 21,400 sq. metres, was bought for Rs 3.31 crores. The second parcel spans 29,900 sq. metres and was acquired for Rs 4.62 crores. The third, the biggest of the 4, measures 43,800 sq. metres and was purchased for Rs 7.07 crores, while the fourth parcel, masking 8,900 sq. metres, was bought for Rs 1.39 crores.
