Volodymyr Zelensky brutally snubbed President Donald Trump when he was requested to identify the U.S.’s best commander-in-chief.
Zelensky laughed and continued to reward, calling him a “strong leader, and he is the best, or not, of course, history will answer.”
He added: “Sometimes we live and we don’t know, sometimes we have monuments for somebody, and then we understand that it was not a great person. It is not right to evaluate a person during their lifetime.”
Loomer’s assembly with Zelensky comes after the staunch Trump supporter has modified her tune on the battle, which has been ongoing since 2022.
For years, Loomer had downplayed Russia‘s invasion of Ukraine and shared Russian propaganda to her practically two million social media followers. However, she’s just lately modified her stance.
“Just experienced my first air raid in Ukraine. Sirens blaring. This is everyday for every Ukrainian,” Loomer wrote on X. “I often said I don’t care. Looking back, this wasn’t very nice of me to say.”
The assembly with Zelensky was confirmed by Dmytro Lytvyn, a spokesperson for the president, who said that no Ukrainian authorities establishment had organized the go to. Lytvyn added that Zelensky’s workplace first discovered that Loomer was in Ukraine through social media.
