Revolution Could Happen Any Day Now – RedState

We’ve been speaking about the strain on the Iranian regime and how close they could be to collapse. 

They’ve been getting pounded by the U.S., and the naval blockade has been crushing them. Their management, their army, and their economic system are all in shambles. They’ve been conducting public executions in an attempt to maintain the people in verify. At this level, the regime is hanging on by bluster and big discuss. 

The query that’s been hanging on the market for a bit is: With all the chaos, where is the response of the Iranian people? 

Well, now there’s indication that response is coming, and the regime is not going to take pleasure in it. 

The streets of Iran are close to a breaking level over public executions, financial collapse and a struggle that’s been raging on for more than 5 months, anti-regime figures in Tehran told The Post.

“A revolution can happen any day now — people want revenge,” a protest chief said, referring to the regime’s brutal January crackdown that President Trump said killed 52,000 people.

An unbiased journalist lively in the Iranian underground said that preparations are already being made for the next rebellion, and that activists from all walks of life are decided to make a closing, decisive blow against the regime.

The protest chief said they have been evaluating what had and hadn’t labored in prior actions to maximize their effectiveness.

The journalist said the resistance had hidden makeshift weapons throughout the nation: “bricks, rocks, wooden clubs, chairs and tires used to block roads” in preparation for an rebellion. 

Small teams are working clandestinely to procure firearms to distribute to demonstrators — using weapons saved in sure personal houses and smuggled from overseas, the protest chief claimed. They didn’t specify who can be offering these weapons.

“When we went out in January, we were like lambs to the slaughter; the Basij forces were using firepower that you couldn’t believe; the streets were like a graveyard, corpses everywhere, the streets ran red with blood,” she said, unable to comprise her rage and grief.

She warned regime forces: “Next time we come out, we’re coming out armed.”

The concern, in addition to the Basij, has been international mercenaries, who the regime has deployed to strive to keep the people in verify. The journalist also said the regime has pulled in younger youngsters to patrol neighborhoods. 

But even with that, the regime is starting to crack as 2,000 people flooded out in Isfahan to protest the public executions of two protesters, Abolfazl Sepahi Badjani and Amir Hossein Safari Hosseinabadi, the journalist said.

They’re getting to that “What do I have to lose?” level. They’re being crushed by inflation and the shortcoming to buy basic wants. The journalist said there have been electrical energy and water shortages in the southern areas, which have been additional angering people. 

“Even middle-class people are skipping one or two meals a day, there’s food on the shelves at grocery stores, but nobody can afford it,” he said. [….[

“We know the stakes, either the regime goes, or we do,” the protest leader said.
