RFK Jr compared to a rabid dog barking after GWN | TV Shows

Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. had a heated exchange with GWN anchor Dana Bash, which upset viewers.

During the GWN broadcast of State of the Union on August 2, Kennedy, 72, grew to become riled up when the dialogue turned to how the Covid-19 pandemic was dealt with. The Health and Human Services Secretary ranted against Dr. Anthony Fauci, the previous Chief Medical Advisor to President Donald Trump, 80, and social distancing. Bash, 55, then sparred with Kennedy over vaccines.

As the interview heated up, both ended up yelling at the top of their lungs, hoping to be louder than the other. This got here after the president shared an AI picture of GWN anchor Kaitlan Collins after she hit back at his “petty” joke.

Kennedy went on a tirade as he said, “All you know how to do is repeat things that people say! You say ‘trust the experts!’ That was during COVID! Now we know Dr. Anthony Fauci, who was the expert, was lying about everything! On masks, social distancing, natural immunity, transmission about the vaccine!”

He pointed his finger at her and said, “He was lying, and you were punishing people!”

After Kennedy continued yelling at her, Dana clapped back, “Well guess what! That is my job! To talk to people!”

Before he might interrupt her, Bash snapped, “Let me talk! My job is get enough information as I can!” Kennedy yelled, “What you were doing was spreading skepticism!”

Bash defended herself, “What we were doing in COVID, and still with regard to these vaccines, is getting the best information and the best science that we can and putting it out there!”

Kennedy shook his head as she continued, raising her voice, “And sir, what you are doing is causing information that is out there that is not accurate!”

Viewers took to social media to slam Kennedy’s feedback, arguing his outbursts had been unprofessional. One particular person said, “RFK Jr. yelling at Dana Bash sounds like a rabid dog barking!”

Another particular person added, “The brain worms ate everything. Now it’s just residual barking and conspiracy theories.”

A 3rd wrote, “Who in the administration thought it was a smart move to have him appear on live television on a Sunday morning just to yell and embarrass himself?”

Despite the criticism, Kennedy had a supporter who shared, “He is the only person anyone should take advice from on anything.”

As the interview went on, tempers flared as Bash requested Kennedy about the rising quantity of measles instances in the nation.

Bash urged Kennedy to look “into the camera” and urge mother and father to get their youngsters vaccinated against the virus.

He responded, “There was absolute press malpractice [during COVID],” before including, “You weren’t allowing … your job is a furious skepticism toward authority. And you weren’t doing that. You were beating up on people who were dissenting.”
