Jesse Watters confronted online backlash after revealing the latest update on President Donald Trump’s conflict against Iran.

During the Fox News broadcast of Jesse Watters’ Primetime on August 4, the conservative host reported on the Strait of Hormuz, the first oil export route. Because the Middle Eastern nation bounds the Strait to the north, Iran claimed authority over the pathway. According to Watters, President Trump, 80, has reportedly secured a peace deal with Iran to reopen the Strait.

As the phase went on, Watters also claimed that Iran has “surrendered” the Strait to the United States and boasted, “We may have a deal by tomorrow.” This got here after the president refused to speak about Iran during a heated press briefing.

Watters gloated, “Fox News alert! The gay ayatollah is back at the table. Sources say he could be surrendering the Strait. Talks are moving. We may have a deal by tomorrow.”

“Negotiations are over the routes. Ships should sail through Hormuz. Trump says no fees.”

Watters continued, “Now if we don’t like what they’re cooking up, the sanctions and blockade stay. No sweat off our backs. Iran is losing a small fortune every day. Meanwhile, the stock market had another banger!”

Viewers took to social media to slam Trump’s feedback, arguing that the Strait is still closed and under control by Iran.

One particular person said, “You are seriously a lot dumber than I thought. Iran is not surrendering the Strait, nor are they planning any peace agreements!

Another person added, “This is the twentieth time you may have made this announcement! You are a fraud, Jesse!”

A 3rd wrote, “For real this time, Trump completely means it. Now it is for sure going to occur. Trump actually means it this time!”

Jesse Watters and Donald Trump

Ahead of the broadcast, Trump started the week with another threat to Iran. President Donald Trump warned Tehran that these new talks are the “last likelihood” to forge a deal and avoid an escalation of U.S. strikes.

We’re going to hit them very hard, yesterday, very, very hard, harder than any attack, I think I can say, generals from a point of knowledge, any attack since World War II,” Trump said at the press briefing.

“That’s pretty big, and we were set to go, and they called, and in addition, Saudi Arabia called. UAE called. Qatar called. I called from numerous people.

“Not, I do not wanna use the phrase begging, but some, some have been, in explicit, Iran didn’t need to be hit,” Trump vented.

Trump expected negotiations to reopen the Strait of Hormuz and create a path for Iran to address the United States’ concerns about its nuclear program.

“The first phase is the opening of the straits. The second phase will be the denuclearization,” the Republican president added before closing, “And that will take a little while.”
