Ironically, Baker opted into the program with the best of progressive intentions, but she discovered the arduous method that is never a good concept.
Baker voluntarily enrolled in the program to offset her carbon footprint during durations of high demand, she was unaware she wouldn’t give you the option to modify her thermostat.
