Actor Manoj Bajpayee has added a land parcel in Pune district to his real estate portfolio. According to property registration paperwork accessed by real estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix and reported by Business Standard, the actor bought 4.45 acres of land in Tailbaila village, situated in Mulshi taluka, for Rs 1.37 crore.
The transaction was registered on August 25, 2026. The property spans 1.80 hectares, which is roughly 4.45 acres. Bajpayee paid Rs 6.87 lakhs as stamp responsibility for the transaction. Based on the registered consideration, the acquisition works out to around Rs 30.9 lakhs per acre.
