Khushi Kapoor, daughter of filmmaker Boney Kapoor and late actress Sridevi, has bought a residential apartment in Mumbai’s Bandra West for Rs 63 lakhs, according to property registration paperwork accessed by CRE Matrix.
The property is positioned in Samtadeep Building on twenty fifth Road in Bandra West, a well-known residential space in Mumbai. As per the registration paperwork, the apartment has a carpet space of 180 sq ft and a built-up space of 216 sq ft.
The property was bought by Khushi Kapoor from Farooq Chagla. The transaction was registered on September 1, 2026, with the consideration worth recorded at Rs 63 lakhs. The paperwork additional show that Rs 3.15 lakhs have been paid as stamp responsibility for the transaction.
