British actress Jodie Turner-Smith is accused of funding her convicted felon brother’s drug use, intercourse events, and across state strains narcotics purchases, according to a new lawsuit.
The “Queen & Slim” and “True visible injury” star is called alongside her brother, Richard Mark Anthony Smith, in the explosive court paperwork filed in Los Angeles by three Jane Doe’s accusing Smith of cocaine use, drug gross sales, abusive group intercourse, and possessing unlawful firearms.
Turner-Smith knew about the drug operation, used cocaine with her brother and helped pay for a new provide of narcotics for the enterprise run from a luxurious Hollywood condominium funded by the actress, according to the paperwork.

The three Jane Doe victims say in the swimsuit they’re traumatized, and struggling from bodily and psychological injury as a end result of their interactions with Richard.
A rep for Turner-Smith didn’t reply to the California Post’s request for remark.
Jane Doe 2 claims she met Richard in 2023 at an after hours occasion in LA where Smith offered her with medicine, “trays of cocaine were present”, the papers say.
The two engaged in a inappropriate relationship that ultimately grew to become “unhealthy” and “controlling”, according to the lawsuit.
Doe 2 alleges that Richard pressured her to take medicine and have non consensual intercourse. Richard “referred to her as his white slave and described himself as her master”, the papers say.

Doe 3 also said she didn’t really feel protected in the Hollywood residence after he provided her housing in exchange for intercourse, the swimsuit states.
She claims he pressured her to promote medicine and “forced inappropriate activity involving himself and a roommate.”

Doe 1 says he visited Richard’s posh residence after “he presented himself as a financially successful and independent man” and that had access to a penthouse and pool, according to the lawsuit.
Upon arriving she encountered narcotics, firearms and other weapons, and inappropriate exercise, the papers read.
“Jane Doe 1 alleges that Smith and an individual known as EJ entered the bedroom, locked the door and attempted to engage her in unwanted inappropriate conduct, including an attempted encounter involving multiple participants,” the swimsuit says.
All the Doe’s say Smith made feedback about his well-known sister, who starred earlier this yr in the Taylor Swift video “Opalite.”
“I used to take care of her, now she takes care of me. She pays all my bills,” the papers say.

They go one to say that Turner-Smith gifted her brother “an Audi that was used to transport packages to USPS that allegedly contained narcotics transported across state lines”
When requested by Doe 2 if his sister knew about the operation Smith responded, ”she knew, and allegedly said Turner Smith used cocaine with him and helped pay for a new provide of narcotics,” according to the lawsuit.

The ladies admit in the papers that Smith’s feedback have been strictly his and “expressly distinguishing it from an assertion that Turner-Smith herself has admitted those facts.”
They go on to say: “If discovery confirms Turner-Smith’s knowledge and continued assistance,” Turner-Smith is “liable based on specific acts, omissions, knowledge, assistance, resources, and property related conduct.”
They are searching for damages, medical bills and other prices along with a jury trial. Turner-Smith’s consultant was contacted for remark.
The papers state that Smith is a convicted felon, although it’s unclear what costs have been introduced against the accused.
