CVS shopper sees Nazi symbolism in Barbie package…
How did they nazi it?
A shopper was shocked and appalled after allegedly recognizing “Nazi symbolism” in a Barbie doll package at CVS.
The TikTookay clip, posted by mother Ana Elizabeth, exhibits the content creator at the pharmacy clutching the so-called problematic figurine — a gymnast-inspired Barbie that’s gussied up in a leotard and toting a baton and ribbons.
The toy, from Mattel’s You Can Do Anything line, appears innocuous enough until the digital camera zooms in on the sea of blue-hued figures in the stands behind her.

Upon close inspection, it turns into obvious that some of the fake spectators appear to be raising their arms in what appears like a Nazi salute.
The clip is overlaid with Weit Ist Der Weg Zurück Ins Heimatland, translated as “Far Is The Road Back To The Homeland,” a 1931 German folks tune that was adopted as an official Nazi marching tune when Adolf Hitler took energy a number of years later.
“She better win the Olympics, cause her coach will be heil-y disappointed,” Elizabeth quipped in the caption.
Elizabeth claimed that some of the background figures had been throwing up their arms in a Nazi salute. Amazon
Viewers had been equally aghast over the alleged offensive Easter Egg.
“Literally what else could that be? That’s crazy,” exclaimed one appalled commenter, while another wrote, “ooop….. so we’re 100% boycotting Mattel.”
“If they were cheering they would have both arms up. WHAT IN THE LITERAL HELL,” argued a third.
“And it really is that deep because there are entire teams at Mattel to prevent things like this from happening,” declared a fourth.
“Is it about nein dollars?” quipped one wit.
However, some commenters felt that Elizabeth was overreacting with one skeptic scoffing, “we live in the dumbest timeline.”
“That’s reaching,” joked another.
One poster told the whistle blowers to “get a life,” and claimed the so-called Nazi salutes had been truly the gang raising their arms in celebration.
“Barbie doesn’t even have an elbow, so how are the crowd Barbies supposed to bend their arms,” they said. “And many have both arms up. You loons see a boogie man everywhere, legit looking and making up something to get angry about.”
This isn’t the first time a store has been accused of hawking an offensive merchandise.
In August, Target shelved a harlequin Halloween costume that critics accused of evoking Blackface and Nineteenth-century minstrel exhibits.
“We know this is especially hurtful for our Black guests, team members and partners,” they wrote. “Removing the costume is an important first step, and the company is looking closely at how this happened and what needs to change to ensure this won’t happen again.”
However, others felt that the response was overblown.
“Sorry what? It’s an orange and black old school clown thing and we’re supposed to infer it means Target hates black people??” said one naysayer on X. “‘Woke’ People are morons.”
