Simone Biles broke down in tears as she said goodbye to her Texas home, where she had spent six years with her NFL star husband Jonathan Owens.
The Olympic gold medalist, 29, revealed Tuesday that the couple’s 3,998-square-foot property, in a gated neighborhood close to Spring, Texas, offered after the home was on the market for 4 days.
“Why the f–k am I boohoo crying? F–k,” Biles said through tears in a video posted to TikTok, capturing the real estate journey. “This home shall be on the market for the first time and I don’t know why I’m boohoo crying. I used to be right here for six years, and I really feel like there have been just so many good reminiscences, so many unhealthy reminiscences.

“But I feel like I grew up in this house. It’s made me a real adult, so I’m gonna miss it. Ugh, I didn’t think I’d be emotional about a house,” she added.
Biles panned around the empty rooms and confirmed off the yard before sharing a heartfelt message for whoever strikes in next.
“Whoever buys this house, I hope it brings you as much joy as it did for me,” she said.
Biles was stunned that the home, which she and Owens moved into together in 2020, offered within days of its itemizing.
“I was so excited to put in air fresheners for the potential buyers & showing Jonathan the last look,” Biles captioned the video. “I just cried instead… anyone else?”

The property was listed for $1.275 million and offered for someplace between $1.08 million and $1.24 million, according to the Houston Association of Realtors, which doesn’t disclose precise sale costs.
The four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home sits on just over an acre and options a heated yard swimming pool, a sauna, a dog-washing station and a customized wine wall with a fridge.
The home also boasts a waterfall island kitchen with quartz counter tops, a hidden pantry, a spa-inspired main rest room and an outsized three-car storage.
The 3,998-square-foot property offered for between $1.08 million and $1.24 million after just 4 days on the market.

The property went under contract Sept. 26, 4 days after the itemizing went live, and closed Oct. 15, the Houston Business Journal reported.
Biles also clarified in the feedback that the property was not the couple’s newly constructed mansion, which is also positioned in Spring, Texas.
The Olympian announced in November 2025 that their customized home was full after a design course of that started in 2020 and took more than a 12 months, adopted by a wait for owners affiliation approval before construction started in February 2022.
The home was finally accomplished Nov. 11, 2025, after almost three years of construction.
