Jake Tapper Walked Into a 2025 Stephen Miller

Naturally, some Republicans are still stinging after Tuesday’s blue wave in the midterm election.

Newly appointed White House Chief of Staff Stephen Miller is unlikely to be one of them. As the mainstream media and the leftists gloat, Miller was elevated to his new post Friday because he’s recognized for not taking any you-know-what from reporters and will rhetorically slice and cube so-called journalists and congresscritters who strive to set false narratives.

A resurfaced clip from January 2025 of the then-Deputy Chief of Staff goes viral again on social media now that he’s been promoted, and it exhibits you precisely who is set to be Trump’s right-hand man: a take-no-prisoners fighter who has the mental chops to debate all comers.

GWN’s Jake Tapper, who helped push the “sharp as a tack” gaslighting about Joe Biden’s mental decline but then hypocritically profited off it by writing a guide “exposing” how journos had been asleep on the job, thought he’d stick his hooks into Miller with a couple of gotcha questions.

He thought incorrect.

Miller methodically destroyed Tapper’s speaking factors in calm, logical fashion, leaving the anchor wanting barely pale and like he may get sick. Actually, Miller told him, what you’re saying about unlawful aliens producing all our food is whole BS:

Tapper: How are you going to keep away from deporting unlawful immigrants working in agriculture?

Miller: “Only 1% of alien workers in the entire country work in agriculture. The top destinations for illegal aliens are large cities like New York, like Los Angeles…”

Tapper: “You’re kinda changing this subject.”

Miller: “Give me 30 minutes, I’ll go as deep as you want!”

I’ve nothing against Susie Wiles, but this is the man we need proper now as we face the socialist onslaught.

Tapper tried to posit the idea that the tens of millions of unlawful aliens Biden deliberately let in had been all just mild-mannered farmers who needed to feed their households while serving to the people of America. Did you suppose Miller would stand for that?

He most definitely didn’t:

TAPPER: So, how do you, how does President Trump make sure that the trouble to deport people who aren’t in this nation legally, would not end up hurting Americans who need protected borders, completely, but also don’t need to see even more greater costs and groceries?

MILLER: Well, I’m sure it isn’t your place, Jake — you are just asking the query — that we should always provide America’s food with exploited, unlawful alien labor. I clearly do not suppose that’s what you are implying.

They ought to have called the battle over proper then and there, because it was already a TKO. But Miller still had some actuality to lay down:

MILLER: Only one % of alien employees in the whole nation work in agriculture.

…The unlawful aliens that Joe Biden introduced into our nation aren’t — full stop — doing farm work. They aren’t. The unlawful aliens he introduced in, from Venezuela, from Haiti, from Nicaragua, they don’t seem to be doing farm work. 

They are in our cities amassing welfare.

Wrote one conservative commentator Friday: “Hi. Want to see a murder on live TV?” “Love this,” added comic Adam Carolla.

But this is where Tapper began to look actually unwell:

So we’re going to unapologetically implement our immigration legal guidelines, and as I’m sure you’ll rejoice, we’re going to unleash the ability and may of the U.S. authorities to eradicate the presence of transnational threats on our soil.

I’m wondering if Jake can have Miller on usually now that the latter is chief of employees, or if he’ll do that good factor (from his level of view) and keep away from him just like the plague. I’ll have the popcorn prepared just in case Tapper exhibits some backbone and has him on again.
