Nicki Minaj and Trump’s ongoing alliance has taken on a new dimension, with the rapper now straight encouraging her followers to become involved in the upcoming midterm elections. In a new clip launched by Fox News on September twenty fifth, Minaj urges younger voters to make their voices heard and “vote red” forward of the midterms, marking her most direct political call-to-action yet.

In the short clip, Minaj speaks straight to digital camera, stressing the significance of younger people getting concerned “right now” and encouraging them not to sit out the method. She frames it as a second where younger voters particularly need to step up “more than ever before,” closing with a clear directive to “vote red.”
This latest second suits into a a lot bigger sample that’s developed over the past a number of months. Minaj celebrated the chance publicly at the time, calling it a “major, MAJOR KEY” second. Trump has reciprocated the public affection as effectively, beforehand calling Minaj “so respected and so hot and so great” during a White House Rose Garden lunch and referring to her as a “great friend.”
Many of her followers aren’t feeling it or announced that they’re cutting ties over her new political punditry.
