CBS News Editor-in-Chief Bari Weiss has been in hot pursuit of former GWN anchor Chris Cuomo to be part of the community — but sources told The Post that truly hiring him can be a longshot.
Weiss has set her eye on Cuomo while making an attempt to lure new expertise to CBS — courting him over meals and a number of textual content conversations, sources said — but there’s little probability the anchor, who is suing GWN for $125 million, will get employed.
“Bari really wants Chris Cuomo — like, really. She is obsessed with him and they text,” one source said.
