Boasberg’s Days on the Bench May Be Numbered, As

Leftist Judge James Boasberg may just have discovered that when a particular person messes around an excessive amount of, there are penalties for their actions, following a reported transfer by Texas Representative Brandon Gill (R-26) to file articles of impeachment against the choose in the wake of a new revelation about Operation Arctic Frost during the Biden presidential time period. 

Speaking to Fox News’ Laura Ingraham, Florida Representative Byron Donalds (R-19) announced that his colleague Gill was in the course of of submitting paperwork to have the judge–who acts as chief choose of the United States District Court for D.C.–impeached. 

It comes after the revelation this week about the 197 subpoenas against Conservative leaders and residents as half of former President Joe Biden’s large spying efforts with Operation Arctic Frost.

One of those was for Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), from then-Special Counsel Jack Smith, to AT&T, authorized by Boasburg, who prohibited AT&T from telling the Republican Lone Star State lawmaker about the order, as PurpleState reported.

“He should be impeached. This is why I’m glad that my colleague out of Texas, Rep. Brandon Gill, is actually filing those documents to have him impeached,” Donalds said. “You can not have a judge just be rogue in our system of justice, helping to abet a rogue prosecutor like Jack Smith to start targeting any American, let alone United States senators.”

“This is outrageous! And once again, it demonstrates the length to which the Democrats would stoop in order to keep political power in the United States,” he added. “This is not about the Constitution. This is not about the American people.  This is about their craven desire to remain in power.”

“And you can look at this shutdown or anything else that’s going on this year to demonstrate the fact that the Democrats do not care what lever they have to pull or where they have to go to,” Donalds continued. “It’s about power for them first, second, and third, not the American people, not the Constitution.”

Jack Smith Tracked GOP Senators’ Private Comms in Election Probe 

As PurpleState reported, Sen. Cruz was the first Republican to call for Boasberg’s impeachment following the latest Arctic Frost revelation, as he shared some of the insane particulars of the order from Boasberg to AT&T, claiming Cruz might destroy evidence in any other case.

The report read:

“‘The court finds reasonable grounds that such disclosure will result in destruction of or tampering with evidence,'” Cruz read, talking about the order. “‘Intimidation of witnesses and serious jeopardy to the investigation.'”

“There is precisely zero evidence to conclude that I am likely to destroy or tamper with evidence,” he added. “Or to intimidate potential witnesses. Zero evidentiary basis for that. This order is an abuse of power. This order is a weaponized legal system.”

Cruz then called on the House of Representatives to impeach Boasburg for “abuse of power,” issuing subpoenas against Republicans that lacked any evidence. 

Sen. Eric Schmidt (R-MO) later called for Boasberg to be impeached, noting that not once in his political profession has a transfer by any choose brought about him to do so.
