The upcoming drama Little Disasters is set to premiere on Paramount Plus on May 22, chronicling the complicated bond between Jess (portrayed by Diane Kruger), Liz (Jo Joyner), Mel (Emily Taaffe), and Charlotte (Shelley Conn).

A&E physician Liz faces a harrowing selection when Jess rushes in with her child daughter, who has sustained a mysterious head harm. “Especially as she is surrounded by buddies who are discovering it pretty simple to have children. While that creates a sure stress between them, I do assume he genuinely adores Charlotte.

“She’s this incredibly beautiful, sophisticated, ambitious, successful woman, but being from the traditional background he is, I dare say he feels slightly emasculated.

“From his perspective, he would really feel like he very a lot wants to be the supplier.”

He also shared how his familiarity with Shelley made their collaboration smoother, saying: “This is the third time I’ve labored with Shelley (Conn) – Party Animals, Mistresses and now this – so that helped. There’s just this computerized connection which meant we have been very comfy establishing the connection.”

In Party Animals, Patrick portrayed James Northcote, a married Tory MP entangled in an affair with Shelley’s character, researcher Ashika.
