Candace Owens Contempt of Court – RedState

By her own twisted requirements, July was a good month for podcaster Candace Owens. The preliminary listening to for the trial of Tyler Robinson, Charlie Kirk’s alleged killer, introduced a wealth of new evidence into public view. Owens, who has made a fortune implicating everybody but Robinson in the homicide — including the U.S. federal authorities, Israel, Ben Shapiro, TPUSA, and his widow Erika — kicked into high gear to smear every authority concerned. The case, she insists, is a “fedslop” conspiracy.

Owens has a lot of personal motivation for making an attempt to discredit the courts (apart from the podcast money she is raking in). She is presently being sued by President Emmanuel Macron and his spouse Brigitte Macron for defamation in a Delaware court for repeatedly claiming, despite receiving evidence to the opposite, that the First Lady is a man. Owens even claimed that Brigitte may be her husband’s organic father.

Owens is also being sued by Brian Harpole, Charlie Kirk’s head of security. “Since Charlie Kirk’s assassination, Owens has intentionally proliferated a campaign intended to impugn the reputation of Harpole,” the submitting states. “Without even a modicum of substantiated evidence, she has publicly accused Harpole and Integrity Solutions of foreknowledge, participation in, and cover-up of the assassination of Charlie Kirk, as well as professional unfitness and criminal negligence.”

Others that Owens has accused of involvement in the Kirk homicide or cover-up will doubtless be lining up for their share of the defamation damages after the Tyler Robinson trial is full. 

There could also be another personal motive Owens desires to sow mistrust: She is presently navigating a closely documented legal scandal of her own – one involving potential immigration fraud by her British aristocrat husband, George Farmer. 

According to arrest data, in August 2023, Nashville police responded to a car crash close to Interstate 65 involving a vehicle disabled in a ditch, deployed airbags, and a loaded pistol recovered from the truck. A “stumbling” and “swaying” Farmer, drenched in the “odor of alcohol,” was discovered close to interstate site visitors, where he delivered a breathalyzer studying of .261— more than 3 times the legal restrict – and was taken into custody.

If that isn’t unusual enough, the underlying report locations the August 2023 incident before Farmer’s American citizenship timeline. The issue right here is just not a local courtroom drama, but defrauding the American authorities in an immigration utility.

Owens fully refused to handle any of this, opting instead to cut back a reliable query of citizenship integrity into a sarcastic web joke, mocking her detractors on social media. “We are SOOO scared you’re going to report us to ICE… won’t you miss us if we get deported?” she tweeted.

Had such state-level offenses been tied to a political opponent, Owens would have dissected each one with the prosecutorial zeal of an executioner. She would have instructed her hundreds of thousands of followers to listen to the high quality print and get to the underside of the unusual addresses tied to state infrastructure, the peculiar use of administrative intermediaries, and the strict timeliness of citizenship and naturalization disclosures.

Candace Owens’ contempt of courts is no shock. Her reckless smear campaigns will soon be litigated in courtrooms. The legal scandal involving her husband is worse than something Erika Kirk may presumably be guilty of. Owens has grown shriller and more conspiratorial as the partitions close in, but accountability is coming — and the legal guidelines don’t care about her emotions. Her best protection, at the end of the day, could also be an madness plea. A jury may even buy it.
