Chris Pratt corrects Fox News host live on air – | TV Shows

Chris Pratt appeared on Fox and Friends to chat with Steve Doocy on Tuesday, December 2, but was compelled to right the veteran host when he shared an incorrect element about the Guardians of the Galaxy star’s personal life. 

The actor, 46, chatted with Doocy, 69, as they walked along the golf course at the Woodland Hills Country Club in Los Angeles, discussing his profession, household, religion, and other topics in a dialog.

While the star has been more open about his political beliefs, sharing help for his cousin-in-law, Robert F. Kennedy, after he turned Secretary of Health and Human Services, the 2 seemingly prevented discussing politics during their dialog.

However, while a controversial subject remained off the desk, that didn’t stop a second from taking place that prompted embarrassment for Doocy.

As the 2 walked along the course, Pratt was compelled to right the host, as he shared incorrect data about how Pratt met his spouse, Katherine Schwarzenegger, 35.

“My wife gave me a little bit of intel as well,” Doocy said. “She told me that it sounds like Maria Shriver, who is your mother-in-law, introduced you to your future wife.”

Pratt shortly refuted the declare, sharing that it wasn’t really the case, and determined to right Doocy’s assertion.

“You know, that’s actually not true, no, that’s not true. Let’s settle it now,” he said. “I met my wife in church.”

“I was at a church in Hollywood, and I looked over, and I saw her, and I know you’re not supposed to be checking our girls at church, but I’m only human. And I was like, ‘wow, she’s really cute.’ And so, I was there with my son, Jack, and I picked him up from the kids program and Jack and I met Katherine at the same time, and the rest is history.”

His marriage to Schwarzenegger made him a direct relative to a number of outstanding names, as she is the daughter of Shriver and actor and former governor of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Shriver is the niece of former President John F. Kennedy, which also linked Pratt to the outstanding Kennedy household.
