A major growth of a in style food stand at Disneyland Park is underway as officers look to keep up with surging demand for some of the park’s most viral menu gadgets.
The Fantasyland eatery has long drawn heavy crowds, with visitors lining up for gadgets like jumbo smoked turkey legs and garlic tacky brats, which have grown in reputation in current years.
Video posted to Instagram on April 23 by Disney Scoop Guy exhibits new structural parts — including an A-frame roof and vertical helps — rising above construction partitions close to Edelweiss Snacks, the longtime alpine-themed stand positioned close to the Matterhorn Bobsleds and Disneyland Monorail.

Disneyland filed a building allow with the town of Anaheim in November to rework the Edelweiss Snacks location, according to Theme Park IQ. The allow calls for a new walk-up service window, a 518-square-foot prefabricated out of doors eating construction and a 169-square-foot shade cover.
Disney parks in Anaheim and Florida promote roughly 2 million turkey legs yearly, according to WDW News Today. The outsized snacks — described as “comically enormous drumsticks fit for a fairytale giant” — have developed a cult following among parkgoers, with Yelp noting that Disney has at instances had to debunk rumors about the meat’s origin.
The garlic tacky brat, meanwhile, started as a viral menu hack, with visitor combining a smoked bratwurst and tacky garlic pretzel bread before Disneyland ultimately adopted it as an official offering according to MineChat. Edelweiss Snacks expanded its standby queue n current years to handle long traces for the favored merchandise.
The stand also provides cellular ordering through the Disneyland app, permitting guests to skip the queue for choose menu gadgets.
The deliberate growth comes as Disneyland continues to regulate operations and infrastructure to accommodate regular attendance and evolving visitor demand.
