Abdul went further, “Did you hear him? He talked about Trump. Well, I’ll remind him Donald Trump, doesn’t own his aircraft. That is way completely different than Bernie Sanders going around on the aircraft.”
He also pointed out how Sanders has repeatedly called for greater taxes on the rich. “And he has these issues about the atmosphere,” the news anchor continued, “I believe many people look at this and say, properly, you’re a hypocrite.”
Phillip conceded, “I don’t suppose he’s mistaken, though, that yes. I imply, he’s campaigning, proper? He’s going from rally to rally. I’ve lined a lot of campaigns, everyone flies private, including the press, because you can’t make those stops business.
“But it was how the answer came out that I think made it an issue.”
