Bad news for Coachella followers as one act scheduled for the upcoming music pageant had to cancel their look due to the guitarist struggling an “acute brain injury.”
In a post on the rock band’s Instagram on Wednesday, the band, Lambrini Girls, wrote that they’d not be performing on Saturday at the desert pageant because the guitarist Phoebe Lunny had “fractured” her neck and more.
“We have to pull out of Coachella and reschedule our whole American headline tour. Long story short, I fractured my neck and I have an acute brain injury,” the post read.

The message went on to clarify that the accident occurred in Australia, but she was misdiagnosed and received treatment late for it.
“Doctors orders are I can’t fly or perform for six weeks,” the message added.
The announcement said all headline tour dates had been being rescheduled but performances for late May in the United Kingdom and Europe had been still supposed to happen.

The band famous that it had already acquired tons of messages from people after they had been forced to cancel this weekend’s show in Coachella.
“We are so gutted guys. We want to be there so badly,” the post read. “If it was a broken leg I would do a Dave Grohl and play it.”
“This isn’t something we are taking lightly and we are really sad. We hope and pray there’s some universe we get to play there next year instead.”
It added, “But because it is my neck and brain our hands are tied for now, but I’m lucky and expect a speedy recovery thank f**k lol.”

The message was signed by the guitarist, thanking everybody for always exhibiting up for them.
Reading through the feedback under the post about the dangerous news, many people threw assist to Phoebe and the band hoping she feels better soon.
“It’s punk af to rest, hope you have a quick recovery,” one particular person wrote.
Another added, “The new album will maintain us over while you get well.
