The trainee paramedic tries to carry on as regular and says her goodbyes before heading out on her shift, but issues take a sinister flip when she is called to a car accident, and as she arrives, she recognises the car as Aadi’s. The upcoming scenes will mark Adam’s closing ones on the show after enjoying the position of Aadi since 2020. His imminent departure was announced in April amidst a slew of exits and cuts across ITV programming.
The 24-year-old took over the position of Dev Alahan’s son from Zennon Ditchett. However, he has reportedly been dissatisfied with his character’s latest lack of motion, which led him to give up the cobbles for good.
A source told the Sun: “He’s telling people he’s quit, not because he’s had enough of the show, but his character hasn’t had any decent storylines for ages. He’s had loads of new opportunities coming his way, so he already feels like he’s made the right decision.”
Although he has still been on screens he has already been working on new initiatives, including the upcoming movie Spice For Life that he’s starring in alongside Hollyoaks actress Kirsty-Leigh Porter. He not too long ago shared a behind the scenes snap from the set, captioning it: “Was great working with these lot.”
