Country singer Nate Smith drops 70 kilos, sets…

Nate Smith is a new man thanks to his weight loss journey.

The nation music star admitted he used to really feel out of breath performing simple duties, but shedding more than 70 kilos has given him his life back.

While attending the Sports Illustrated and Tight End University’s Tight Ends & Friends Concert at The Pinnacle in Nashville last month, the “Bulletproof” singer told People magazine he has a new purpose in thoughts.

“I think I want to get under 200 lbs.,” Smith said. “So I was like 275 lbs., somewhere in that world. But I want to get down to like 185 lbs. again.”

When requested what motivates the “Whiskey on You” singer to pursue a more healthy lifestyle, Smith said he wished to give you the chance to carry out at his best for his followers.

“Keeping the energy on stage and making sure I do that, because I think that takes care of the fans,” Smith famous before including, “I just feel better. It’s nice to be able to wear clothes that I like.”

While referring to his purple carpet apparel, Smith said, “This is a large. I’ve been double X for the last five or six years, so I’m feeling really good.”

The “World on Fire” musician boasted about the infinite constructive advantages from his change.

“I don’t sweat anymore, which is amazing,” Smith said. “I used to be totally out of breath tying my shoes.”

He added, “I can jump around a lot more.”

Following a medical scare in 2024, Smith started addressing health points including overeating and ingesting an excessive amount of. Within a few months, the singer was already down practically 50lbs. from merely decreasing his daily caloric consumption.

“I still struggle with some binge eating,” Smith also told the outlet at the time. “And if I need to have it, I’m going to have it.

“But I want to find a way to make it a treat versus a lifestyle thing. If I decide I’m going to have mac and cheese, it’s okay.”

He added, “I’m not even close to my goal. But I’m way happier where I’m at, and I feel like better about the way I look.”
