Moscow is moving Cuban and Indian migrants into unoccupied Ukrainian homes in Crimea, according to a Ukrainian partisan group. 

“As a reminder: Changing the ethnic composition of the population of an occupied territory through mass resettlement of settlers or forced expulsion/displacement of local residents is a war crime under international law. Those responsible will be held accountable,” half of the assertion reads.

According to the group, Atesh brokers have documented an inflow of international nationals, primarily from Cuba and India, arriving in occupied cities, including Melitopol and Yevpatoriya.

These international nationals are reportedly being drawn in with the promise of low-wage municipal jobs and Russian citizenship.

Furthermore, Atesh alleges that the migrant employees are being put in homes deemed “ownerless,” after local residents deserted their residences to flee the struggle.

Atesh has drawn three conclusions about why this speedy inflow of the labor pressure is going on. They cite a “critical labor shortage” as people are leaving the Kherson area en masse “due to the unbearable conditions created by the occupiers.”

Furthermore, there’s a “desire to change the ethnic composition of the population in favor of those more loyal to the Putin regime.”

The remaining level alleges that migrants will probably be used in the “upcoming ‘elections’ for mass voting for Putin’s ‘United Russia.’”

The report comes as the Kremlin lately gave a menacing warning about launching strikes on Europe.

The menace was delivered by a distinguished Vladimir Putin spokesperson, said during the Russian state TV program, “The Evening with Vladimir Solovyov,” where host Vladimir Solovyov mentioned the heated dispute between Denmark and US President Donald Trump relating to Greenland’s sovereignty, and its potential implications for Europe.
