Deputy ICE Dir. Has a Damning Question for Voters | Political News
The deputy director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has a damning query for voters, significantly Democrat voters, in the aftermath of Rep. Adelita Grijalva (AZ-07) making outrageous claims of alleged abuse by ICE brokers during a raid close to a Tucson, Arizona, eatery. More on that in a minute.
As RedState wrote:
In the latest instance, now we have newly sworn-in Democrat Rep. Adelita Grijalva (AZ-07), who posted a video to X on Friday alleging without evidence that she was “pushed aside and pepper-sprayed” by immigration enforcement brokers after she admittedly tried to intervene in an lively operation in Tucson, Arizona:
According to Grijalva, neighborhood members in Tucson had stopped roughly 40 ICE officers, most of whom have been masked, in the center of a avenue close to Taco Giro, which Grijalva described as a small mom-and-pop restaurant.
She said the neighborhood members stopped the officers “because they were afraid they [the agents] were taking people without due process.”
“I was here — this is like the restaurant I come to literally once a week — and was sprayed in the face by a very aggressive agent, pushed around by others, when I literally was not being aggressive,” Grijalva said in a video posted to social platform X. “I was asking for clarification, which is my right as a member of Congress.”
Her claims have been simply debunked by DHS spokeswoman Tricia McLaughlin with common sense, as my colleague Sister Toldjah added in her Friday piece, writing in an X post:
She was in the neighborhood of somebody who *was* pepper sprayed as they have been obstructing and assaulting law enforcement. In fact, 2 law enforcement officers have been critically injured by this mob that @Rep_Grijalva joined.
Presenting one’s self as a “Member of Congress” doesn’t provide the proper to hinder law enforcement.
The congress critter only doubled down by posting a second video, in which she could be seen shouting at brokers to go away:
ICE is a lawless company under this Administration – working with no transparency, no accountability, and open disregard for basic due course of.
No household in our neighborhood ought to live in worry, and I cannot relaxation until we get clear solutions and accountability. pic.twitter.com/Z2mUuRxHuX

Earlier in the week, ICE Deputy Director Madison Sheahan appeared on Fox News with host Laura Ingraham, to discuss about how the Afghan refugee who shot the WV National Guardsmen in D.C. was allowed to enter the U.S. without correct vetting by the Biden administration:
It’s fairly simple: We should not be letting people into America who hate America. pic.twitter.com/J1KbKWMGKg

Sheahan told Ingraham that the people accountable for safeguarding our homeland under Biden “let everyone into this country, and none of them were vetted. And now, Sec. Noem and ICE are trying to clean this up.”
She called this “just another example of somebody who hates America, that comes to this country as a terrorist.”
But it was during a sit-down on Saturday during Fox News’ Fox & Friends Weekend show, that the ICE official posed a essential query to anybody who is contemplating pulling the lever for Dems in the midterms:
Our @ICEgov officers are out every day arresting the worst of the worst — violent murderers, rapists, gang members and more.
Why are the Democrats selecting to defend these people instead of the American people? pic.twitter.com/95Ajdd4APm

“This is the classic move from the Democrats,” she said, “where they want to interfere with law enforcement. At what point in this country did we get to the point where you can [do that], and nothing happens to you?”
“Our law enforcement officers are out arresting the worst of the worst, they’re arresting gang members, murderers, and rapists,” Sheahan added.
“If the Democrats choose to protect that group of people instead of the American people,” she said, “I think…the Democrat voters need to decide what they truly believe in.”
That’s the precise query Republicans need to be asking, over and over, between now and November 2026.
