Disney inks deal to combine Hulu + Live TV…
Disney stated on Monday it will merge its Hulu + Live TV business with rival FuboTV — a deal that probably clears the best way for the launch of its stalled sports activities streaming enterprise with Fox Corp and Warner Bros Discovery.
The merged company will create the second-biggest web pay-TV supplier in North America, behind YouTube TV, with round $6 billion in income and 6.2 million subscribers.
