However, I think people underestimate how little water they should be drinking before bed and how long before bed we should probably cut off hydration. I’ve developed a rule that I call the 3-2-1 rule.

“Three hours before mattress, stop alcohol. Two hours before mattress, stop food. One hour before mattress, stop water. Assuming that your doctor says it is okay, proper? That’s sort of the big repair right here. Everyone is different, but capping most fluids one to two hours before mattress is the best manner to stop those frequent toilet journeys.” According to the Sleep Doctor’s web site, frequent nighttime urination, identified as nocturia, is more common among aged people. The website advises: “Nocturia can have an effect on youthful people, but it turns into more common with older age.”, reviews the Mirror.
