US President Donald Trump has sparked additional health fears after he appeared to drop off as United States Secretary of Defence Pete Hegseth spoke at the Pennsylvania Defence and Innovation Summit. As Trump sat beside him on the panel, he appeared to slip in and out of sleep while Hegseth spoke, decrying the earlier administration’s insurance policies. “You shouldn’t have to sue your way into the Department of War, which is what companies in the past have had to do in order to compete. I hope these companies can attest to the fact that because of President Trump’s leadership, we have an entirely different department,” he said.

However, despite the fact he was receiving reward for his efforts, Trump did not acknowledge it. Instead, he appeared to battle to keep his eyes open. The second was broadcast on news channels and shared on X, where people had a lot to say about it.
